Shipping Policy – Clear Cloud Candle, LLC
1. Order Processing Time
We process and ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington D.C. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Customers may see estimated delivery times at checkout, as provided by the carrier.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the carrier's real-time rates. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain dollar amount (threshold to be announced).
4. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided via email once your shipping label has been created. Please allow time for the tracking link to update with current shipment status.
5. Lost Packages
If your package has not been delivered within 14 business days from the shipment date and tracking shows no delivery, please contact the carrier first to initiate an inquiry. If the issue is unresolved, contact us at clearcloudcandle@gmail.com. We will offer a replacement or refund after verifying that the package is lost.
Note: We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered by the carrier but are lost or stolen after delivery (e.g., from a doorstep, mailbox, or porch).
6. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at clearcloudcandle@gmail.com. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement of the same scent and size after verifying the issue.
