Our Candle Return & Refund Promise

We want every Clear Cloud Candle to deliver a great experience. If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to fix it—clearly and fairly.

📦 30-Day Returns

You can request a refund up to 30 days after delivery for eligible items. To receive a full refund, products must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In new, resalable condition

Just email us at clearcloudcandle@gmail.com to start the process. Refunds must be approved before sending anything back.

🚚 Who Covers Shipping?

If the candle is perfect but you’ve changed your mind, return shipping is on you. Once we receive it and confirm it’s unused and in resalable condition, your refund will be issued within 3 business days.
Please note: Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.

🛠️ Damaged on Arrival?

We’re so sorry if your candle arrived broken. Email us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the damaged item(s)
  • A photo of the packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and send a replacement of the same scent and size. Replacements are shipped within 3 business days of the return being sent out.

🚫 Important Notes

We are unable to accept returns or refunds for:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance products
